Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering value, accuracy, and heartfelt service in every consultation. Due to the personalized nature of our offerings, refunds are generally not available for individual services. However, for combo packages, a partial or full refund may be granted under the following conditions:
- You cancel the package within 12 hours of booking and before delivery begins.
- A technical issue on our end prevented the completion or delivery of your consultation.
- You're dissatisfied with the clarity or accuracy despite providing full and correct information, and request a review within 48 hours of delivery.
- You're charged twice or for the wrong package due to a payment error.

- Reason for refund
- Any relevant attachments or screenshots
All requests will be reviewed within 3 business days, and eligible refunds will be issued via your original payment method.
